Tenants Fees & Services

We understand how hard it can be for some tenants to find the deposit and first months rent as well as the costs of moving. So we have decided not to charge any fees to tenants!

That’s right no fees!

No admin fees

No renewal fees

No check out fees

All tenants are issued with a “How to rent” guide when they move in. We aim to resolve any maintenance issues as soon as possible and have built up a good relationship with all our tenants!

Tenants can reach us by phone/email 24 hours a day.

We are proud members of The Property Ombudsmen.

Documentation required:

All tenants will be required to supply copies of the following:

  • Photo id (passport or full driving licence)
  • Last 3 bank statements
  • Last 3 payslips
  • Employers reference (Letter headed)
  • Current/Previous landlord/Agent details
  • Accounts reference (Self employed)
  • University/College letter
  • Guarantor (if required)

If any potential tenant would like to take a property we require a holding deposit of £200 to secure it. Once in receipt of this the property will be removed from the market. Please note the £200 deposit will be deducted from the total and is not a extra charge.

We will carry out a credit check and reference checks. Once successful, tenants will be required to pay 6 weeks security deposit which is held in either My Deposits or the Deposit Protection Scheme.

The tenancy agreement (Assured Shorthold Tenancy or AST for short) is for minimum of 6 months
